RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Hayden Official piece is thoughtfully crafted with intention. We encourage considered purchasing; however, should you require a return, we are here to assist.

All returns must be approved prior to being sent.


ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
  • Returned with original packaging and all components

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.


EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We prioritize exchanges and store credit to ensure you find a piece you truly love.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • If unavailable, a store credit will be issued
  • Store credit can be used at any time on future purchases

REFUNDS

Refunds are accepted under the conditions outlined above.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Allow 7–10 business days after inspection

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Made-to-order or custom pieces

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Hayden Official is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

All returns must be approved prior to being sent.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear supporting images
